The steam kettles allow the water to boil away, and leaving behind pure concentrated organic tart cherry juice. Just add water (recommend about 2 tablespoons for an 8 oz. glass) and an ice cube or two, and you've got a cool, refreshing sweet/sour drink packed with nutrition.
