Return Policy
We believe that our customers who order and purchase products through our website, OBTC are confident in the product(s) they are ordering, and are in full knowledge of 'case' or bulk prices at the completion of the check-out process. Therefore, all sales are final unless damaged or an incorrect product is delivered. Contact Customer Service via email at

or call 248-475-5855, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, EST. All Claims must have prior approval by customer service before returning the product. Refunds include
the price of the product and applicable taxes, and must be requested
within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the
customer. A refund will be credited to the credit card account used to
purchase the product, only upon OBTC receiving the case of unopened product. Naturally, we will do our best to accommodate your needs as we value you as a customer.

Service Offering
OBTC is a service that provides you with the ability to purchase and accept delivery of grocery and other consumer packaged items (products) through the use of our website at www.organicbythecase.com. OBTC is solely responsible for authorizing access to our service, based upon your credit worthiness and a variety of criteria including, but not limited to, geographic service area restrictions.
Product Offering
OBTC services permits you, to purchase and receive products that are manufactured by third-party companies. All matters concerning the usage of purchased products are between you and manufacturer. OBTC does not assume any liability for or guarantee such products. In addition, OBTC does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any product information provided by these companies that are displayed on the OBTC website. Please read the label printed on the products that you accept and contact the manufacturer directly with further questions.
Payment
Payment for products, including taxes, shipping and handling fees, is due at the time at which OBTC processes the shipment. OBTC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover charge cards. If, for any reason, OBTC is unable to collect the charge from the credit card supplied to OBTC check-out, then you agree to pay OBTC directly by sending a certified check or money order to OBTC.
Product Availability
OBTC makes all reasonable effort to ensure that products listed for sale on the website are available to ship to you when that product is ordered. If circumstances arise in which a product is not available, OBTC will ship only those products that are available and will attempt to inform you by email of items back ordered and an approximate ship date.
Delivery
When you place your order, you are responsible for providing OBTC with an accurate and a complete delivery address. You also agree that anyone at the delivery address who takes delivery of the products is authorized by you to do so.
Please allow for 5-10 business days depending on the product and shipping
choice.
OBTC will utilize third party shipping (UPS, USPS, or FEDEX) and will make all reasonable efforts to ensure timely deliveries, however OBTC cannot be held liable for any late deliveries or damages incurred by the shipping carrier. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to contact the shipper directly for damaged product.

Changes to Service and Agreement
At any time, OBTC may revise or discontinue any aspect of the OBTC service without providing prior notice to Customers.
In the case of this agreement is materially changed, OBTC will provide notice to all registered Customers via that customers registered email address. Continued use of the OBTC service after such a change will be deemed as an acceptance of this agreement.
Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. You agree that you shall not bring suit or legal action against OBTC, its owners, managers, directors, and employees, in any other jurisdiction other than the courts of the State of Michigan or the United States Federal District for the district of Michigan.
